Chimney Fire

At 0004 station 700 along with stations 600 and 300 were alerted for a chimney. Officer 715 (J.Bartz) arrived to find a one story residential structure with nothing evident. Fire was found in the chimney. Crews laddered the roof, checked the attic, and cleared the clean out in the crawl space. Crews opened the back of the chimney to remove ash. Clean up was performed and all units returned in service. Units on scene: E703, S702, T706, PM17, Chief 7, E56-1, E604 and T310.
