Passing of Life Member George Elliott

Firefighter Elliott was a 40 year life member. In his 40 years of service, Firefighter Elliott served in various positions in the fire company-including assistant and chief engineer on the fire suppression side. Firefighter EIliott also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for many years.
FIrefighter Elliott was also an active member of the Greensboro Volunteer Ambulance Squad in the 1970s.
Services will be held at Fleegle's Funeral Home in Greensboro as follows-Viewing Friday night, February 21, from 1800-2000, and funeral Saturday starting at 1100. Interment will be held immediately following at the Greensboro Cemetery. There will be a time of fellowship at the Goldsboro VFC following the services.
