At 0459, Station 700 was alerted for a MVC. 716(B.Cahall) arrived on location to find one vehicle on its roof. The patient self extricated and was transported by PM17. E703 went on location to stabilize the vehicle and traffic control. Units on scene: PM17, E703, B704
