Working Bulldozer Fire - 23973 Bridgetown Road

At 1041 hours, Stations 700 and 600 (Greensboro) were alerted for a vehicle fire on Bridgetown Road. Engine 703 (718/D. O'Neal) arrived to find a bulldozer well involved in a field behind the residence. After a quick knock on the fire, Captain O'Neal placed the situation under control and placed the remainder of the assignment in service. As the machinery was unattended and not running at the time of the fire, the incident was referred to the State Fire Marshal's Office for investigation.
