On February 26, 2013 at 1515, station 700 was alerted for an MVC. Engine 703 arrived on location to find one car in a ditch. Crews unhooked battery and assisted MSP with getting information.PM 17 obtained two patient refusals. Units cleared at 1541. Units on scene: Engine 703, PM 17
