Training with CHVFD - Station 700

For October's monthly drill, members from The Hub had the privilege of training with members from The Hilltop, Church Hill Volunteer Fire Department in Queen Anne's County. The Hilltop Volunteers brought Tower Ladder 5 and their Decon/Spill trailer over to Goldsboro and allowed members to familiarize themselves with these valuable resources. The useful training provided the opportunity to get hands-on experience with equipment that could one-day be used in a mutual aid situation. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort put forth by Assistant Chief Steve Hurlock, Captain Tyler Williams, Driver Bill Legg, FF/EMT Brett Vanzant and all of the members of CHVFD who helped make this training possible.
